I'm Manuele. I’m a software development and business coach. I help teams to deliver more effectively, optimizing the end-to-end flow.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve engineered and deployed software solutions, managed products, projects, processes, and people.
I am certified in Product Ownership (CSPO), Scrum (CSP-SM), Kanban, Large Scaled Scrum (LeSS) and SAFe and I have driven organisational change in companies with different sizes and businesses.
My Story
I graduated in Software Engineer at the University of Pisa, Italy, in 2004. I have been a software developer for several years, progressing to senior roles until I became a tech lead specialised in developing JavaEE applications in several business domains, especially eCommerce and logistics.

I then gradually transitioned to leadership roles, playing the project manager role and line managing software development teams.
​
In 2008 I had a game-changing encounter with the Agile mindset: I then took the Scrum Master certification and since then I used all the opportunities for learning and applying the Agile mindset and practices in my work.

I moved to London in 2014 and since then I have been a Scrum Master, an Agile Coach, an Agile Delivery Manager. I worked in big companies and in very fast paced start-ups and scale-ups.

I have worked in finance, fintech, ecommerce, digital publishing, healthcare and life science companies.
